• 2 Acres of fenced play area
• Air conditioned rooms with ceiling fans
• Doggie doors to smaller grassy areas
  (The dogs that have never used these pick it up quickly from other campers.)
• Benches complete with pillows and comforters to look out the windows
• Steps to the benches for the older or not so limber ones
• TV or radio playing
  (Believe it or not, we have been asked for special shows.)
• Beds in the middle of the rooms
  (These are normally only used by those either not interested in the action outside or too tired to care.)

• Private and semi-private suites
• Individual rooms with separate patio and grassy areas
• Awning over each patio for shade
• 24 hour access to outside areas upon request
• Playtime with other campers upon request
• Full view of general campground activity from inside or outside
